There is an opinion you have held for a while that no longer quite fits. A plan you have defended past the point of believing in it. A version of yourself you keep performing because it would be awkward to admit you have changed.
You can feel the misfit. And still you hold the line, because changing your mind can feel like confessing you were wrong.
This week Mars in Virgo forms a trine to Uranus. It is one of the more freeing aspects in the sky, an easy meeting between steady effort and sudden clarity. The kind of moment where something you were sure of quietly loosens its grip.
The sky is not deciding this for you. Mars trine Uranus only opens a door. It makes it easier to notice where you have outgrown a position and simply not gotten around to setting it down.
Surgery Won’t Fix Your Leaky Bladder (But This 7-Second Ritual Will)
My name is Dr. Sarah Pachtman Shetty and I want you to know that you’ve been lied to when it comes to pee leaks.
Let’s bust some myths:
❌ “It's normal after kids/getting older.”
It's COMMON, not normal. And common means it can be fixed.
❌ “You need surgery to fix it.”
Surgery is expensive, scary, and doesn’t really fix the root cause.
❌ “You just have a small bladder, it must run in the family.”
No it doesn’t. That’s just an excuse doctors make up to avoid treating you.
Your bladder CAN be reset in just 7 seconds a day. You don’t need invasive surgery, annoying kegels or toxic pills.
I made a free video showing you exactly how:
The Subtle Shift Between True Integrity and Rigidity
Many of us treat our old opinions like promises. We said we believed something, we made a plan, we told people who we were. And so we stay loyal to it, long past the point where it is true, out of a sense that consistency is a kind of integrity.
But there is a difference between integrity and rigidity. Integrity is staying true to what you value. Rigidity is staying true to a past version of yourself who knew less than you do now.
The fear underneath this is usually about being seen as unreliable. Somewhere you learned that changing your mind made you flaky, or weak, or that people would use it against you. So you held your positions like fortresses, defending ground you no longer even wanted to stand on.
The cost is quiet but real. You end up living inside conclusions you have already outgrown. You keep arguing for a plan your heart left months ago. You perform certainty you no longer feel, and the performance is exhausting.
Unlearning an Inherited Need to Pick a Position and Never Waver
This is not only your private habit. Many of us come from people for whom changing course was genuinely dangerous, whose survival depended on picking a position and never wavering. That steadfastness protected them. We inherited the instinct to never reverse ourselves, without inheriting the stakes that made it wise.
None of this makes you stubborn by nature. Holding your ground was often the responsible thing, the mature thing, the thing that kept you trustworthy in others' eyes. It simply may have outlived its usefulness in a few places.
Mars trine Uranus offers a lighter way to hold your own conclusions. Not as fortresses to defend, but as your best understanding so far, open to revision when better understanding arrives. That is not weakness. That is what a living mind does.
You do not have to overturn everything you believe this week. This is not a call to abandon your commitments or reverse yourself on a whim. The shift is smaller and more honest than that.
Changing Your Mind Is Not an Error—It Is Proof You Are Paying Attention
It might look like admitting, first only to yourself, that you see something differently now. Letting a plan quietly evolve without a formal announcement. Saying I have changed my mind about that, plainly, and not rushing to justify why you are allowed to.
You do not owe anyone the person you used to be. The people who respect you will respect you more for the update, not less. And the ones who would punish your growth were never the audience worth performing for.
If there is one thing to carry into your week, let it be this. Changing your mind is not a confession of error. It is often the clearest sign that you are still paying attention.
You are allowed to arrive at a new conclusion and simply live from it. The old position served you once. You are allowed to thank it and let it go.
