The season just changed the question.
Virgo, which the sun has been walking through since late August, was a season of assessment. What is working. What is not. What needs refining. What can be cleaned up before it becomes a problem. Virgo is not cruel. She is careful. But her careful attention can quietly turn into a scoreboard if you were already primed to keep score of yourself.
Today the sun crosses into Libra, and the equinox arrives with it. The question changes. Not what have I accomplished. Not how am I doing on the metric. The Libra question is quieter. Where am I out of balance, and what would move me back toward it.
The scale is not the scoreboard. They only look alike from a distance.
I Can't Stay Silent About This Anymore...
For the past few days, I’ve received some rather worrying complaints from a few of my readers…
All concerning my latest discovery, The 7-Minute Brain Song.
My long-time reader, Shannon, said she felt uneasy when she remembered all of the beach trips she took with her girlfriends in her 20s.
Another, Wendy, said she wasn’t sure what to do when she felt alert, clear-headed, and ready for the day one morning.
And finally, Ginny, said she felt ‘lost’ when she finished the book that had been sitting on her nightstand for months in only eight days.
I take complaints like this very seriously.
Like my father always told me, “Win like a man, lose like a man.”
So allow me to make myself perfectly clear:
If you are, in any way whatsoever, NOT interested in using the latest neuroscience to strengthen your memory and boost your brain power…

What Libra Season Is Actually For
Libra is the sign of the scales, and the symbol is more useful than most people give it credit for.
A scale is not a judgment. It is a measurement of relation. It shows you what weighs more than what right now, in this moment, in this configuration. It does not tell you which side is good and which side is bad. It simply reports the current arrangement.
Libra season invites this same quality of noticing. Where in your life is one side of the scale carrying most of the weight. Where has one relationship, one project, one obligation, quietly grown until it started to tip everything else off center. Where have you been performing balance while actually running lopsided.
None of this requires a verdict. It requires attention.
A Defense Researcher Leaked The Pineal Activation Method
The method was developed inside a defense research program in the 1970s.
The original goal was remote viewing for intelligence work.
What the researchers stumbled onto was something bigger. A 3 second activation technique that opens the pineal gland and grants something close to financial clairvoyance.
The program was shut down on paper. The technique stayed in use among a small group with the right connections.
Hedge fund founders. Family office heirs. Two former heads of state.
A retired researcher leaked the method last year. He's in his 80s and said he didn't want to die holding it.
The activation takes 3 seconds. The effects begin within a single night.
People describe the same sequence. A loosening behind the eyes. Sudden clarity around money decisions. Opportunities arriving from directions they didn't know to look.
The researcher said it himself. The wealthy have been using this for 50 years. The rest of us are 50 years late.
The Equinox As Container
The equinox is the day the light and dark are formally equal. It is a moment of astronomical balance that does not stay. It marks a doorway, not a room.
The northern hemisphere leans into shorter days. The southern hemisphere leans into longer ones. The whole sky is doing what it does every year, and it still asks something of the body every time.
You do not have to know the astronomy for the shift to register. The body reads the light. The nervous system reads the shift. The internal calendar begins to slow down or wake up depending on where you are on the planet. This is not superstition. It is biology meeting astronomy the way it has for as long as there has been a body to notice.
Libra season begins on this hinge on purpose. The sky is offering you the same question it just answered for itself. What does balance actually look like from here.
What Was Trained Out, And What Is Being Asked Back
Many of us inherited a relationship to self-worth that lives entirely on the scoreboard.
We were raised by people who had to prove their worth constantly, often to institutions that were never going to grant it freely. That striving got passed down in language and in posture. The internal audit. The comparison to a peer. The end-of-year reckoning that never quite ends.
You may be the first in your line who has the room to lay the scoreboard down for even a season. That is not laziness. It is a repair. It is what balance can become when it is finally allowed to be a practice instead of a verdict.
Libra season lasts about a month. That is enough time to try weighing something instead of grading it. Enough time to notice where one side of your life has been carrying weight the other side quietly wants back.
If there is a question worth carrying with you into this new season, it might be this. What in your life would look different if you weighed it instead of graded it, and what would you begin to add back once you could see, honestly, what has been carrying more than its share.
